The M/s. Sagar Marine Impex Group established in 1978 by its founder Mr. Sattar Bhuri a very experienced man in this field. His vision and business acumen has made Sagar Marine to reckon within the seafood industry today. The Director of the firm started as a small business and within short span of time achieved tremendous growth in this business due to his vision and expended the Group with additional two processing unit and one Merchant Exporter.

Machinery

M/s. Sagar Marine Impex is set up IQF Machine and Blancher Machine with having Freezing capacity 500 kg per Hour. It has approved by EIC and MPEDA to export IQF product to EU, USA and NON EU countries. The entire IQF plant is built considering of latest machinery and Techniques (Automatic Blancher and IQF machine) to produce the premium quality of value added product to meet customer requirement at International standards.

M/s. Sagar Marine Impex has set a goal to “Total Quality Approach & Management” to produce an excellent quality product consistently.

We have committed to quality is reflected as per international quality standard in the value added product/services we offer to our clients. Because at M/s. Sagar Marine Impex, it’s not simply about ensuring a variety of products for our buyers, but also ensuring each of our products meet international quality standards.

We follow a scientific approach towards handling & processing of fishery products with focus on efficient cold storage capacity. The processing of fishery product is monitored and controlled by a HACCP team of skilled and qualified personnel. Moreover, our standard operating procedure and system are design in a flexible manner, so as to incorporate any such changes as the client might demand in future.

Our Quality Management System is particularly focused on:

• We have established the training schedule to give regular training and education by us and External Govt. Agencies to food handlers to maintain the good quality of the product.

• Receiving good quality of raw material, maintaining a smooth and proper flow of the material, right till delivery.

• Adopting preventive measures right from the landing centers to the end.

• Ensuring a through monitoring of all the machineries & equipments.

• Maintaining hygienic and sanitary condition in and around the factory.

Aquaculture

Our sister concern company has own aquaculture (Vannamei Shrimps) farms and it’s annually production approx 1500 MT per year and also have own Aquaculture Shrimps Hatchery. To develop and export of Aquaculture shrimps, prepare the Aquaculture Farm with 15 Ponds and start culture of Vannamei Shrimps and right now have 150 ponds onwards under the name M/s. Raj OM Sai. Aqua Farms Una/Kodinar coastal region/area in Gujarat having annually production capacity approx 1500 MT per year.
